Password recover

Here is how you can recover your UserID and Password

You can recover personal data (UserID and Password) you use to access to MESSAGENET services at any time providing one of the following elements:

• User ID
• mailbox associated to Messagenet services
• Fax number (FreeFAX)
• FreeNumber or SmartNumber

Messagenet.it will send you an email containing your user ID and Password

Warning: please check that the antispam filter of your email client does not block email messages sent you from "@messagenet.it"

Inactive mailbox?

If the mailbox you used to receive faxes and messages from MESSAGENET has become inactive, you can recover your UserID and PASSWORD sending us a fax containing a signed recovery request.

You must provide an email address and a valid phone number where we can transmit UserID and PASSWORD

N.B. Only the holder of the fax number can require UserID and PASSWORD. You MUST attach to the fax a copy of a valid personal identity document.
